CD405xB analog multiplexer and demultiplexer are digitally controlled analog switches with low on impedance and extremely low off leakage current. These multiplexer circuits consume very low static power in the whole voltage range of vdd–VSS and vdd–vee, regardless of the logic state of the control signal.
Various digital and analog signal levels:
Numbers: 3V to 20V
Simulation: ≤ 20VP-P
It has a low on-resistance of 125 (typical) in the input range of 15VP-P signal when vdd–vee = 18V.
When vdd–vee = 18V and the channel leakage current is ±10pA (typical), it has high turn-off resistance.
The logic level conversion function is suitable for 3V to 20V (vdd–VSS = 3v to 20v) digital addressing signals, and can switch analog signals to the switching characteristics matching with 20VP-P (VDD-VEE = 20V). When vdd–vee = 15v, rON = 5Ω (typical). Under all digital control inputs and power supply conditions, It has very low static power loss, and when vdd–VSS = vdd–vee = 10v, the power loss is 0.2µW (typical).
On-chip decoding of binary address
5V, 10V and 15V parameter ratings
A 100% test was conducted for the static current at 20V.
The maximum input current is 1A at 18V, and 100nA at 18V and 25°C in the whole package temperature range.
Make-before-break switch eliminates channel overlap.
