The AP3502E is a 340kHz fixed frequency, currentmode, PWM synchronous buck (step-down) DC-DCconverter, capable of driving a 2A load with highefficiency, excellent line and load regulation. TheAP3502E exhibits high efficiency at light load. Thedevice integrates N-channel power MOSFETswitches with low on-resistance. Current modecontrol provides fast transient response andcycle-by-cycle current limit.The AP3502E employs complete protection to ensuresystem security. Including output Over VoltageProtection, input Under Voltage Lock Out,programmable Soft Start, Over TemperatureProtection and hiccup mode Short Circuit Protection.This IC is available in SOIC-8 package.
