The STM32F103x8 and STM32F103xB performance series include high-performance ARM Cortex-M3 32-bit RISC cores running at 72 MHz, high-speed embedded memory (up to 128 KB flash and 20 KB SRAM), and various enhanced I/O and peripheral devices connected to two APB buses. All devices come with two 12 bit ADCs, three universal 16 bit timers, and one PWM timer, as well as standard and advanced communication interfaces: up to two ICs and SPs, three USARTs, one USB, and one CAN.
The operating voltage of the STM32F103xx medium density performance series is 2.0 to 3.6 V. It can be used in the temperature range of -40 to+85 ° C and the extended temperature range of -40 to+105 ° C. A comprehensive energy-saving mode allows for the design of low-power applications.
