IRS2110SPBF is a 500V high side and low side gate driver IC chip with turn off function
EiceDRIVER ™ A 500 V high and low side gate driver IC with typical 2.5 A source current and 2.5 A sink current, packaged in a 16 pin SOICWB, suitable for IGBT and MOSFET. There are also 14 pin PDIP packages available for selection.
